Refund policy

Returns
WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS

All returns must be received within 14 days of your received date. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package / purchased in person, unfortunately we can not offer you store credit.


To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached.

Non-returnable items:

- All accessories
- All hats
- All shoes
- All jewelry
- All sale items

Store Credit
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and an E-Gift Card will be sent to your email address within 3 business days of the delivery of your return.
If you are rejected, you will be contacted to have your item shipped back to you at your expense.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shopbuttonandbrim@yahoo.com.

Sale items 
Sale items are final! Only regular priced items may be refunded for store credit, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving. If you need to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item back to us. We will issue a store credit via E-Gift Card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
